Each case is hand-checked before shipping. If, despite this, it arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have a 5-month warranty: we will replace or repair it at no cost. For exchanges or returns without defect, the period is 30 days.
Please send us a photo of the defect via WhatsApp or email, along with your order number. We respond in less than two hours.
We confirm your case the same day. If it's a manufacturing defect, you don't need to return the original item.
